WWE announced today that Asuka is not medically cleared to compete due to a sprained wrist. Her tag team partner Kairi Sane will replace her in a match against Shayna Baszler tonight on Raw.
It is not known how long the injury will keep Asuka out of action. Asuka is scheduled to take part in the Women’s Elimination Chamber this Sunday from Philadelphia.
