WWE has issued a statement amid fears that the worldwide outbreak of the coronavirus could affect WrestleMania weekend events in Tampa, Florida.
According to the company, the health and safety of their “fans, performers, and employees are our top priorities.” WWE is monitoring the situation with partners and government officials in Tampa Bay. As stated, “[T]here are currently no plans to cancel or postpone our upcoming events.”
There have been no cancelations of any major events in the United States despite fears over the coronavirus so far.
