Monday Night Raw in Pittsburgh canceled, show will be held in the Performance Center

WWE Raw canceled Monday

WWE has announced that Monday Night Raw on March 16 will take place in the Performance Center with only essential personnel in attendance.

“This Monday night, Raw will air live as regularly scheduled and emanate from WWE’s training facility in Orlando, Florida with only essential personnel in attendance. The event was originally scheduled in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.”

Originally scheduled to be in the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Raw is moving to the Performance Center over concerns of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The move was made after Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto announced that starting Monday any crowd gathering over 250 people will be banned to prevent the spread of Coronavirus.

SmackDown was also moved from Detroit tonight to an empty Performance Center.

WWE is still promoting the show to have a 3:16 Day theme and will have Stone Cold Steve Austin in attendance. Also scheduled for the show is an Undertaker vs. AJ Styles contract signing for WrestleMania.

We will have live coverage of Raw on Monday beginning at 8 p.m. Eastern/7 Central.
