The NXT Women’s Championship match has been set for NXT TakeOver: In Your House.
Charlotte Flair will defend her championship against Rhea Ripley and Io Shirai. Flair was facing Shirai a few weeks ago on NXT when she got herself disqualified by hitting Shirai with a kendo stick. Rhea Ripley made her return to save Shirai, but Shirai took exception to Ripley saving her, leading to a brawl. This week on NXT, Flair attacked Ripley and Shirai, leading to this match.
