According to a report first made by Fightful, Drew Gulak is back under contract with WWE.
Gulak reportedly took part in a Battle Royal that will air on Friday Night SmackDown this week. PWInsider confirmed that Gulak has re-signed with the company.
We reported on May 16 that Gulak’s WWE profile had been moved to the Alumni section of the website. It was confirmed through multiple sources that Gulak and WWE had been in contract negotiations, but the two sides had reached an impasse that allowed his contract to expire. Gulak’s profile has been moved back to the SmackDown roster on the WWE website.
Gulak has been teaming with Daniel Bryan and was last seen losing to Bryan in an Intercontinental Championship Tournament Match on SmackDown.
