Former WWE Superstar Daniel Rodimer declares victory in Nevada Primary

Former WWE Superstar Daniel Rodimer, better known by his in-ring name of Dan Rodman has declared victory in Nevada’s Primary Election for the state’s 3rd Congressional District.

Rodimer’s victory will set up a General Election match-up against first-term incombent Susie Lee.

Rodimer was a contestant on Season Four of WWE Tough Enough.

On July 12, 2006, Rodimer signed a WWE developmental deal and was immediately assigned to Deep South Wrestling.  Rodimer’s first match was on September 7, 2006 against Heath Miller, in which Rodimer won. During that same month, he had his first televised match against Tommy Suede under the in-ring name of Dan Rodimer.

Rodimer spent the first half of 2007 wrestling mostly in Ohio Valley Wrestling. He made his WWE television debut on Sunday Night Heat, in a losing effort against Eugene.

He only made a total of two appearances on Heat. WWE then sent him to Ohio Valley Wrestling before sending him to Florida Championship Wrestling.

Rodimer was released from his WWE contract on August 22, 2007.

In 2018, Rodimer ran for Nevada State Senate with a focus on school safety and education. Then, in 2019, he announced his bid for Nevada’s 3rd US Congressional seat.
