According to a new report by F4WOnline, WWE has reportedly signed has signed former EVOLVE star Anthony Greene to a WWE NXT contract.
Greene’s signing was first reportedly exclusively on Saturday by SportsKeeda.
The 26-year-old Greene mainly has wrestled on Northeast independent scene for several years, launching the Zero1 USA Northeast promotion in 2019.
He started with EVOLVE in December 2018, and wrestled his last match with the promotion on their final show, which was held on March 1, 2020.
Greene is second former EVOLVE talent that WWE has signed this week. We reported last Thursday that Leon Ruff was the first former EVOLVE talent to sign with WWE.
WWE purchased EVOLVE last month. However, EVOLVE talent were not included as part of the acquisition by WWE.
