According to a new report by PWInsider, WWE applied with the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) to trademark the “Raw Underground” name on Monday, August 3.

The “Raw Underground” worked shoot-style fights concept was introduced on this past Monday’s episode of Raw that was hosted by the returning Shane McMahon.

The “worked shoot-style fights” will continue on this coming Monday night and appear to be exclusive to only Monday Night Raw.
