Austin Theory’s WWE status revealed

In an interview with Sporting News, Seth Rollins was asked about Austin Theory’s whereabouts. Rollins said Theory is dealing with some personal issues and hopes he is back soon:

“He had some personal issues that came up so he took some time off to sort through them for the past month or two. It’s hard right now but we hope everything’s good for him so we hope to have him back sooner than later.”

Theory last appeared on the June 22 episode of Raw. It is unknown when he will return to WWE television.

During the Speaking Out Movement in June, Theory was accused of alleged misconduct. No comment was made on the allegation by either Theory or WWE.

Seth Rollins will battle Dominik Mysterio in a Street Fight this Sunday at SummerSlam.
