This past Wednesday on WWE NXT, a new match was announced to determine the #1 Contender for the NXT Championship: the Gauntlet Eliminator Match.
The full list of competitors taking part in the match was announced over the weekend: Bronson Reed, Cameron Grimes, Timothy Thatcher, Kyle O’Reilly, and Kushida.
The rules are as follows:
— Two men will start in the ring
— Every 4 minutes, another competitor will enter
— Elimination can only occur via pinfall or submission
— The last man standing will fight for the NXT Championship at NXT TakeOver
