To follow up on Steve Gerweck’s report from earlier today, a WWE spokesperson confirmed to Newsday.com that Matt Hardy was also pulled from a recent WWE event in White Plains, NY in addition to the final overseas event in England this past weekend. This same WWE spokesperson declined to comment in detail as to why Hardy was removed from the events. As noted earlier, Hardy’s tirade on YouTube did him no favors in the eyes of WWE and was a cause for concern among others.
