WWE reportedly instituting a new work from home policy

According to a new report by PWInsider, WWE held a virtual all hands on deck “Town Hall” style meeting for employees Thursday morning with Stephanie McMahon, Nick Khan, Sarah Cummins (Senior Vice President, Consumer Products) and new CFO Kristina Salen, among others.

It is being said the that the company is instituting a flexible work policy for its employees going forward. Depending on their roll in WWE, going forward, employees can choose to work from the office or home and are not required to return full-time to the office.

Also according to report, WWE is still moving forward with their new headquarters in Stamford, CT.

Salen specifically stated that going forward, she will be doing presentations on the company’s quarterly earnings for employees so she and the company can directly communicate with its employees.  The presentations are said to happen after the company’s earnings calls.

During the question and answer portion of the town hall, live events were brought up and the company stated that they don’t know when they can resume them given the current COVID-19 environment.

It was noted the town hall was mostly positive with the company thanking everyone for their hard work and stressing they want to increase communication so that employees have a greater awareness of how WWE is doing.
