WWE’s time at the Amway Center will be coming to an end soon.
We previously reported that WWE’s contract with the Amway Center, where they have been stationed since August with the WWE ThunderDome, would be coming to an end at the end of November.
PWInsider is now reporting that the contract will be coming to an end this month. The company must clear out of the arena no later than December 5. The Orlando Magic will need the arena as the National Basketball Association hopes to start their next season soon after.
There is no confirmed new location for the company. To run the WWE ThunderDome, they would need to go to a recently built arena that can handle the requirements needed to run it. It is rumored they are looking at locations in Florida, Texas, and Illinois.
As COVID-19 numbers continue to spike in the United States, all plans are subject to change.
