Alex Zayne has signed a contract with WWE.
According to a new report by F4WOnline, Zayne, who recently had his final independent wrestling match at GCW’s So Much Fun show, will be reporting to the WWE Performance Center as part of their next class of signings.
Ben Carter will reportedly be part of that next class of recruits.
Zayne has made appearances in the past for Impact Wrestling, as well as Ring of Honor. In recent months, he has been active in New Japan on Strong, GCW, and other promotions.
Rumored to be joining Zayne are The Rascalz (Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz), who were just announced as having their last match on Impact Wrestling airing next week. The deal with Impact Wrestling recently expired. Dave Meltzer reports they could be WWE bound.
