NXT Injury Report: Details on Arturo Ruas, Rhea Ripley and Io Shirai

WWE has posted the latest NXT injury report from November 18 on their YouTube Channel, which can be viewed above.

There are three injuries to report following Wednesday night’s episode of WWE NXT that aired on the USA Network.

It should be noted that these injuries are largely considered to be part of a storyline. However, legitimate injuries are usually put in with the ‘fabricated’ injuries.

Arturo Ruas suffered a right bicep injury during his match with Kushida.  Ruas is scheduled to undergo an MRI and is not currently medically cleared to compete.

Rhea Ripley suffered multiple contusions and abrasions on both her ears during her match with NXT Women’s Champion Io Shirai.  Ripley had five of her earrings ripped off.  It was noted that the doctors had to remove pieces of skin from Ripley’s ear.

Shirai suffered a sore neck and whiplash during the match with Ripley.  Shirai is not currently medically cleared to compete, but doctors are confident that she won’t be out action for very long.
