According to an article by The Courier-Journal in Louisville, an Indiana man has filed a lawsuit against World Wrestling Entertainment, former WWE star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Paul “Triple H” Levesque claiming he suffered serious injuries after attending a WWF “Judgment Day” PPV event back in May of 2000. The man, who was seven years old at the time, claims he was injured when one of the wrestlers collided with an audience member, who then shoved another woman causing her to fall on the man. It is added that the lawsuit, “accuses the WWE of failing to properly stage the match and provide adequate security for its customers. Both Johnson and Levesque are accused of ‘reckless, willful and wanton conduct.'”
