WWE recently files new trademarks

WWE recently filed two new trademarks.

On September 21 WWE filed to trademark the following:

“Lashing Out’ and “Last Out W/ Lash Legend” and “Tiffany Stratton”

“Lashing Out’ and “Last Out W/ Lash Legend” for “G & S: Entertainment services, namely, multimedia production services; Entertainment services, in the nature of an ongoing reality based television program; Entertainment services in the nature of creation, development, and production of television programming; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by professional wrestlers and entertainers; Entertainment services, namely, providing podcasts in the field of sports entertainment; Entertainment services in the nature of development, creation, production, distribution, and post-production of television shows; Entertainment services, namely, providing ongoing television programs in the field of sports entertainment via a global computer network; Entertainment services, namely, a continuing program about sports entertainment accessible by radio, television, satellite, audio, video and computer networks; Entertainment services, namely, providing news and information via a website in the field of sports entertainment; Entertainment services, namely, providing ongoing television talk shows in the field of sports entertainment; Entertainment services, namely, a show about professional wrestling; entertainment services, namely, the production and exhibition of professional wrestling events rendered through broadcast media including television and distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing wrestling news and information through broadcast media including television and distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment through broadcast media including television and distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information.”

These trademarks are in advance of the debut of the new talking show segment this Tuesday’s episode of NXT 2.0.

back on September 22, WWE filed a new trademark for recent WWE Performance Center recruit Jessica Woynilko.  WWE submitted to trademark “Tiffany Stratton” which has been assigned to Woynilko. 

Woynilko became part of the Performance Center class that was introduced back on August 30th that also included Joseph Fatu (Sefa Fatu), the brother of The Usos, Bobby Steveson, the brother of Gable Steveson, Ben Buchanan, the son of Bull Buchanan, and Joshua Dawkins, the nephew of NBA legend Darryl Dawkins.

“Tiffany Stratton” for Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information; fan club services, namely, organizing sporting events in the field of wrestling for wrestling fan club members; organizing social entertainment events for entertainment purposes for wrestling fan club members; providing online newsletters in the fields of sports entertainment; online journals, namely blogs, in the field of sports entertainment.
