A quick update on the Martha Hart lawsuit. Lawyers for WWE and Hart appeared in court in Connecticut on 1/28 to present arguments on previous motions for dismissal of the suit. Judge Stefan R. Underhill will issue his decision at a later date, reports Mike Aldren.
