Variety.com is reporting that Vince McMahon is taking full control of future WWE film releases. He has signed a deal with Samuel Goldwyn Films and Vivendi Entertainment for the future WWE films. Samuel Goldwyn Films will handle the theatrical releases, while Vivendi Entertainment will handle the home video releases.
It’s also mentioned that as part of the move, WWE Studios will finance and produce nine movies through 2012. The budget for each film will be around 5 million dollars.
