“Hacksaw” Jim Duggan was announced as the next inductee into the 2011 WWE Hall of Fame on Monday night during Raw. Duggan joins Shawn Michaels as the Class of 2011 so far. “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase, another Hall of Famer, will be inducting Duggan at the ceremony.
