According to PWInsider, WWE SmackDown Superstar Sasha Banks may have possibly hurt her leg or knee during a match against Charlotte Flair at Sunday night’s live event in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
It is being said in the report, that while taking an over the knee backbreaker, Banks’ left leg was planted awkwardly, and that when she took the bump and hit the mat, she kicked out of a pinfall but then stayed on the mat, where the referee checked her out. They quickly went to a finish with Flair retaining the SmackDown Women’s Championship after hitting the Natural Selection.
After the match Banks was assisted out of the ring by WWE officials to be checked out.
As of this report, there is no further update on her possible injury.
