WWE has signed Matt Justice (Matthew Hannan) to a developmental deal reports PWInsider.com. Hannon, an Ohio wrestler based out of Cleveland, has worked for indy promotions AIW and PWO in the past. He also appeared on a recent episode of WWE Smackdown on January 28, 2011.
