We previously reported that Hulk Hogan is now divorced from Jennifer McDaniel.
According to a new report by TMZ, a main part of Hogan’s divorce agreement with McDaniel was that he had to purchase her a new car within 45 days of the divorce being finalized. In addition, Hogan had to guarantee that McDaniel would have to make zero payments on the car.
The report did not indicate the make and model of the card. Hogan was able to keep the vehicle they had during their marriage. McDaniel kept the property they bought together in Palm Isle, Florida. Hogan gets to keep his mansion in Clearwater.
In the area of alimony, Hogan paid McDaniel a one-time lump sum of cash. However, the amount was not disclosed. Both signed a non-disparagement clause that prevents them from talking about the relationship without the other first signing off.
TMZ noted the split was amicable and was planned ahead, as McDaniel legally responded to Hogan’s divorce petition the same day that he filed it last October.
