Glenn Jacobs (WWE Hall of Famer Kane) won the Republican race for Knox County Mayor in the Knox County (Tennessee) primary election Tuesday night.
Debbie Helsley won the Democratic nomination. She advances to the general election in August where she will face Jacobs, who is the incumbent mayor Glenn Jacobs, who ran unopposed for the Republican nomination.
The general election will take place on Tuesday, August 4.
