As first reported by PWInsider, and then confirmed by other multiple sources, WWE has not plans to change from TV-PG to TV-14 for Raw and SmackDown.
Last month there was a story that made the rounds on the internet, that beginning on Monday, July 18, WWE Raw was going to go back to TV-14 on the USA Network.
Wrestleview had confirmed the reports were false. We never initially reported the story.
WWE Raw first moved from TV-PG to TV-14 rating in 1997, as new way to complete against then WCW Nitro which was dominate in the television ratings. Raw then shifted back to TV-PG in July of 2008. WWE SmackDown has been TV-PG since its debut episode on August 26, 1999.
