Update on Randy Orton’s back injury/A&E producing Randy Orton Biography

Randy Orton has been out of action with a back injury since the May 20 episode of Friday Night SmackDown. It is being said that his condition is said to be causing concern within WWE.

There were several reports this past June stating that Orton’s back injury would require surgery, and that he was expected to be out of action for the rest of this year.

A&E is currently in production on a Randy Orton episode for their 2023 WWE Biography series.

WWE considering making changed to Day 1 PPV

WWE is considering making some changes for the Day 1 PPV on New Year’s Day. 

It is being said that a decision will be made next regarding the date of the event. As of right now it is still scheduled to take place on January 1, 2023 at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta.

The first-ever Day 1 took place on New Year’s Day 2022 from Atlanta’s State Farm Arena, with the idea that it will be an annual event.

Gabe Sapolsky’s new role in WWE

ROH Co-Founder returned to WWE after having previously been released this past January. Sapolsky’s new role is said to be as a creative consultant for the main roster.
