Former New Japan Pro-Wrestling talent Karl Fredericks made an appearance at the January 20 NXT live event that was held at the Havert L. Fenn Center in Fort Pierce, FL.
Fredericks came into the ring and confronted Axiom after he defeated Oro Mensah. Axiom was then attacked by Fredericks.
We reported back on January 10 that Fredericks has signed with WWE and that his deal is for the NXT brand. It was also noted he had began working at the Performance Center in Orlando.
Fredericks’ NJPW contract expired back in August of 2022. He began is pro wrestling career in 2015. He was a regular part of the NJPW LA Dojo from 2018 until 2022.

-NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion Kayden Carter pinned former BELLATOR fighter Lola Vice, who was managed by Elektra Lopez.
-The Schism defeated Xyon Quinn & Commander Azeez
-Julius & Brutus Creed defeated Stacks & Antonio De Luca
-Zoey Stark defeated Sol Ruca
-Oba Femi vs. Javier Bernal in an arm wrestling contest. Von Wagner comes out and attacks them. Bron Breakker makes the save. This set up Breakker and Oba defeating Bernal & Von Wagner with Mr. Robert Stone.
-Dijak defeated Hank Ledger. Wes Lee hit the ring to make the save.
-Fallon Henley & Kiana James defeated Ivy Nile & Tatum Paxley. Thea Hail was supposed to be in the match but was attacked by Isla Dawn and thus unable to compete. James was the substitute in the match.
-NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez pinned Cora Jade in the main event
