According to PWInsider Elite and The Wrestling Observer, Brian Pillman Jr. was seen training at the WWE Performance Center on Thursday.
We had reported this past Tuesday that Pillman, Jr.’s AEW contract recently expired and is not being renewed.
Pillman. Jr. has not wrestled for AEW since May 13 at the company’s House Rules in Salem, Virginia, when he teamed with Brock Anderson to take on The Gunns (Austin Gunn & Colten Gunn). He hasn’t wrestled on AEW television since the April 11 episode of the now canceled AEW Dark against Matt Taven.
Pillman signed a full-time deal with AEW back in July 2021.
