8 matches scheduled for the 36th annual SummerSlam live tonight from Detroit

WWE returns live tonight with the 36th edition of SummerSlam live from Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan, airing on the WWE Network on Peacock.

The event will feature 8 matches, with a Kickoff Show beginning at 7:00 p.m. Eastern/6:00 Central and the main show starting at 8:00 p.m. Eastern/7:00 Central.

Scheduled for tonight’s card is Roman Reigns defending the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against his cousin, Jey Uso, in a Tribal Combat Match. We’ll also see Cody Rhodes battle Brock Lesnar in the rubber match of their rivalry. Rhodes defeated Lesnar at WWE Backlash, while Lesnar defeated Rhodes at WWE Night of Champions.

Also scheduled is Logan Paul against Ricochet, Ronda Rousey versus Shayna Baszler in an MMA Rules Match, and Seth “Freakin” Rollins defending his World Heavyweight Championship against Finn Bálor of The Judgment Day.
