According to a report from Fightful Select, there was a segment with Karrion Kross that was scheduled to be part of the November 3 episode of WWE SmackDown, which was taped on October 27.
The report notes that the segment would have seen Kross and Scarlett make their return to WWE television, was cut as WWE sources told Fightful Select, it did not make sense for any of those involved. WWE made the decision earlier in the day to pull it and thus it was never filmed.
Fightful Select concluded by noting that the segment with Kross and Scarlett being pulled was not provided to some within WWE and that it was still listed with going forward up until 7:00 pm ET that night. It was further said that this did not cause any issues with the timing or format of the episode, since it was being taped and adjustments could be made.
