Notes on ticket sales for major WWE and AEW events

Wrestlenomics has reported on the ticket sales for recent events in WWE and AEW.

Looking at the figures for recent WWE Premium Live Events, Wrestlenomics noted that WWE Payback drew 11,680 ticket sales, generating $1,161,555, according to new Pollstar data.

By comparison, NXT’s No Mercy PLE later that month sold 4,308 tickets for $262,262, and the Fastlane PLE on 10/7 drew $1,181,229 from 11,680 ticket sales.

In a separate report, Wrestlenomics noted that the AEW WrestleDream pay-per-view sold 7,108 tickets drawing $533,717, whereas Collision the night before generated $235,652 from 4,933 tickets in the same venue.
