Following an appearance at New Japan’s Wrestle Kingdom 18 event, Nic Nemeth posted a video on social media essentially heralding the next chapter in his career as a “Wanted Man”:
Nemeth and his brother Ryan were seen at ringside ahead of a unification match between IWGP Tag Team Champions Bishamon (Hirooki Goto & YOSHI-HASHI) and NJPW STRONG Openweight Champions Guerrillas of Destiny (El Phantasmo & Hikuleo).
The former Dolph Ziggler would later appear at a press conference after the IWGP Global Championship match, attacking new champion David Finlay before cutting a promo with his intention of going after the new belt:
