The Los Angeles Times is featuring an interview with WWE star John Cena talking about his match with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson at Wrestlemania 28 this Sunday and how it came about.
“People keep saying it has been a one-year build for WrestleMania, but I started calling out Rock in 2005 or 2006. … I thought it was important to get The Rock involved with the company again. That his involvement could lift us to another level and would remind him of where he came from.”
