WWE’s U.S. streaming home set for price increase beginning 7/18

Variety has reported that NBCUniversal is set to raise the prices of their streaming service, Peacock.

The new prices, which take effect starting July 18 for new subscribers, will see the ad-supported Premium tier at $7.99 per month and $79.99 per year, with the (mostly) ad-free Premium Plus going up to $13.99 per month and $139.99 per year.

Existing subscribers will see the price increase on their next billing date, on or after August 17.

Peacock, which was launched in June 2020, became the streaming home of WWE in the United States in March 2021.

The price hikes take effect right around WWE SummerSlam, which takes place Saturday, August 3.
