WWE has announced that the stipulation for Big Show vs. Cody Rhodes for the WWE Intercontinental Championship will be determined during the YouTube pre-show starting at 7:30 p.m. Eastern (6:30 CT) using a spinning wheel. Already announced for the pre-show is Santino Marella defending the WWE United States Championship against The Miz.
