The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Vince McMahon was described as being encouraged by the live numbers for the live Extreme Rules pre-show airing on YouTube last month featuring a match between Santino Marella and The Miz and felt they could get them up. The live stream at one point had well over 65,000 viewers live.
