Report: WWE requests conference over TNA lawsuit

According to a report by PWInsider.com, WWE filed a motion on Thursday in a Nashville court asking for a conference to be held on 6/4 regarding the lawsuit brought against the company by TNA Wrestling. The court has agreed to the request and a conference will be held this Monday at 1:30 p.m. in Nashville. John Laurinaitis is scheduled to be deposed for the lawsuit, but will be unable to be part of the hearing due to obligations with WWE that includes “previously advertised and committed television appearances.” Jerry McDevitt has filed paperwork to represent WWE.
