Last Friday, United States District Court of Connecticut Judge Sarah F. Russell, officially dismissed John Laurinaitis in the Janel Grant lawsuit against WWE and Vince McMahon.
It had been previously reported Laurinaitis agreed to cooperate in a confidential agreement to and provide evidence to Grant’s legal team in the case against McMahon and WWE.
The order reads as follows:
Defendant John Laurinaitis is dismissed from this action with prejudice. The court respectfully directs the clerk to terminate Mr. Laurinaitis from the action.
