Judge Colleen Zingaro of the Connecticut state Superior Court, on Monday, ruled in favor of former WWE employee Janel Grant’s bill of discovery against Dr. Carlon Colker and his Peak Wellness Clinic.
According to journalist B.J. Bethel, the new ruling means that discovery can proceed in Grant’s case against Colker and Peak Wellness, thus asking the defendants to produce medical records and communications with Vince McMahon regarding Grant and other information.
In her lawsuit, which was filed back in January 2024, Grant accuses Colker and his clinic of giving her unapproved treatments and substances which allowed Vince McMahon to have control over her. Grant also alleges Colker and Peak Wellness failed to disclose all records as it pertains to the treatment she received by Colker at his clinic.
Colker is countersuing Grant’s attorney, Ann Callis and the Holland Law Firm. Colker has accused them of defamation, is also seeking punitive damages and has indicated that all medical records for Grant have been turned over.
