I’m passing along a video of Washington Redskins linebacker Ryan Kerrigan being presented with the WWE Title after he was named 4th & Pain Champion for Week 3.
4th & Pain is a radio show hosted by Redskins defensive end Adam Carriker and weight loss champion Chuck Carroll.
WWE sent the show the belt to use. Each week, Carroll presents the most deserving Redskin with the title.
This video was shot Wednesday, Sept. 26 in the Redskins locker room.
Kerrigan said he was a big fan of Goldberg and Kevin Nash growing up.
Billy Beck, who helped trained The Rock, was also interviewed this week. Beck is also helping train Carriker.
He talked a little about preparing The Rock for movie roles.
