Report: Scott Steiner files countersuit against TNA

Scott Steiner has responded to the TNA lawsuit brought against him by filing a countersuit on 9/10 in the Chancery Court of Tennessee in Davidson County. Steiner claims TNA breached their contract with him saying they failed to provide “accounting of all Royalty payments” due to him (something he claims the company was contractually obligated to do), failing to provide “royalty statements of all merchandise royalties and video royalties” and failing to pay “all royalties” due to him. He is also demanding a judgment on a “yet to be determined amount.” TNA sued Steiner in June claiming he breached his TNA contract by making negative remarks towards the company, Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff and Bruce Prichard.
