During an interview with Adrian Hernandez, WWE’s Stephanie Vaquer refuted the rumors on social media that she is injured.
“…I saw social media. Sometimes, many things are not real. There’s no injuries. I’m ready for Raw next Monday. so no. No injury.”
The rumors began following the contract signing between herself and IYO SKY not taking place on this past Monday’s Raw as scheduled.
During a segment on the show, General Manager Adam Pearce had said to SKY “something was up” with Vaquer and that she was not able to make it as planned. However, as Pearce was ready to provide an answer to SKY, Nikki Bella then interrupted, asking Pearce about Vaquer. Pearce then canceled the contract signing and then stated there was “no reason” the match at Wrestlepalooza would not take place.
Vaquer and SKY are scheduled to square-off at Wrestlepalooza to determine the new WWE Women’s World Champion, after Naomi vacated the title back on the August 18 episode of Raw, announcing that she and her real-life husband Jimmy Uso are expecting their first child together.

Vaquer appeared on this past Tuesday’s episode of NXT, along WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton and Rhea Ripley. Vaquer is scheduled to be in action on next week’s show.
