Last week’s 10/22 WWE Monday Night Raw once again fell out of the cable top 25 for the week ending 10/28/12 according to TVbythenumbers.com. Raw last week drew a new record low 2.48 cable rating with an average of 3.55 million viewers – the lowest rating for Raw in over 15 years. The 10/1 Raw also didn’t place in the cable top 25 a few weeks ago.
