WWE reportedly planning to continue working relationship with controversial comedian

According to a new report from Fightful Select, WWE is planning on continuing its working relationship with stand-up comedian Tony Hinchcliffe.

Fightful Select also notes that despite the cancelation of the WWE SummerSlam Late Night show with Hinchcliffe this past August, WWE is looking at moving forward in a partnership with Hinchcliffe. Fightful Select adds that WWE sources told them the relationship between both sides in “fine.” Following WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas, WWE hosted what became a controversial Roast of the premium live event that included Hinchcliffe.

Hinchcliffe, who has previously appeared on WWE Raw, has expressed his genuine love for professional wrestling. The controversy surrounding Hinchcliffe stems his use of racist and other offensive jokes during his stand-up comedy performances.
