The official Instagram page of WWE Recruit has posted that they will be “recruiting NFL legends” at the 8th Annual Super Bowl Career Fair on February 6, from Hilton San Francisco.
The event is part of the festivities leading up to Super Bowl LX, which emanates from Levi Stadium in Santa Clara, Caliorina on Sunday, February 8.
It is unclear as of this writing whether WWE is actively seeking out the likes of Jerry Rice, former WrestleMania main eventer Lawrence Taylor, and former 24/7 Champion Rob Gronkowski, or if the company is simply looking to find potential recruits from college and other standouts considering a career in pro football.
The recruitment effort comes as WWE continues to ramp up its developmental program with new WWE ID prospects from the independent wrestling circuit.
