To follow up on a report yesterday regarding former WWE developmental wrestler Brian Jack (Buck Wild) filing a lawsuit against WWE, Wrestleview.com was informed by WWE late Tuesday night that the lawsuit has already been dismissed. PWInsider.com reports that Judge William C. Griesbach of the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Wisconsin ruled that the lawsuit was to be dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction.
