PWInsider.com is reporting that WWE will be promoting a special Fanfest the day before the Royal Rumble on 1/26 in Phoenix, Arizona at the US Airways center. The event is scheduled to feature panel discussions including Shawn Michaels. WWE is said to be charging $250 for a VIP all access ticket.
