Independent wrestlers Adam Cole (the current Ring of Honor Television Champion) and Sami Callihan both have scheduled tryouts with WWE in January. The success of talents like CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins has caused a shift in thinkings within WWE on examining talent from the independent wrestling scene despite not maybe carrying a traditional size and physique.
