Mick Foley is expected to be announced as the first member of the Class of 2013 WWE Hall of Fame according to a report by Mike Johnson. WWE is set to make the first inductee announcement this Monday night during the 20th Anniversary of Raw. Tickets for the Hall of Fame at Madison Square Garden go on sale this Saturday.
