Attendance was about roughly 7,000. Mark Henry showed up as a surprise at intermission.
CM Punk came out and blabbed about how he’s been Champion for 400+days. Vickie comes out and interrupts him and announces that in the main event it will be Dolph Ziggler and CM Punk vs John Cena and Ryback.
1st match of the evening: Brodus Clay with Naomi and Cameron vs the Boomer Sooner Longhorn Hater Jack Swagger (where the hell has he been?). Winner via splash: Brodus Clay. Post match celebration with a few kids as well.
Antonio Cesaro came out and rambled on about how he retained against The Miz which set up a Fans Choice Match for the United States Championship later on.
2nd match was Zack Ryder vs NXT rookie Leo Kruger. Pretty solid match. Winner via Rough Rider: Zack Ryder.
3rd match was a Divas match: Kaitlyn wearing a very sexy Texas Longhorn top vs Tamina Snuka. Good match back and forth with Kaitlyn picking up the win via firewoman’s carry into a gutbuster.
4th match was for the WWE Tag Team Championship pitting Team Hell No vs The Shield (Ambrose and Rollins). The Shield stated someone was gonna get taken out. Good match with Team Hell No picking up the DQ via due to Roman Reigns interference.
5th match was Tensai vs Santino Marella. Great comedy match in my opinion. Tensai had his chances to win but in the end via COBRRRRRRRRRRRRA!!!!!!: Santino Marella.
Fan voting revealed the stipulation for the United States Championship match that it would be a Street Fight.
6th Match: United States Championship Match Antonio Ceasaro vs The Miz. Pretty awesome match. Kendo stick was used as well as chairs and a table. Eventually made it into the match in favor of Ceasaro. Winner and Still UNITED STATES CHAMPION: Antonio Cesaro.
Main event of the evening was “The Showoff” Dolph Ziggler with Big E Langston and AJ Lee teaming with Mr. WWE Champion for 400+ days CM Punk facing John Cena and Ryback. Pretty good match back and forth. Ryback did have a stare down with Big E Langston for most of the match. In the end winner via a 5 Knuckle Shuffle and AA: John Cena and Ryback.
Overall I give the event an A-. The US title could have changed hands but we’ll see at the Royal Rumble which happens to fall on my 25th birthday this year.
